Its main principle is: using quartz and mullite products, main crystal phase and kaolin for sintered body structure to feldspar glass bridge, borrowed from the kaolinite and quartz crystal sintered body of high mechanical strength and high temperature resistant properties, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, resistance to flow, strong acid and alkali chemical etching, sintering density, low chemical activity, make the product durable.
The structure of ceramic saddle ring is beneficial to liquid distribution and increase the passage of civil gas. Compared with pall ring, low resistance, high flux, high efficiency, good strength and rigidity of packing, is currently the most widely used one kind of bulk packing.
Ceramic random packings have great advantage of acid and heat resistance. can resist almost all kings of inorganic acid organic acid, and organic solvents except HF acid and can be used in high and low temperature conditions.
