Teller rosetter ring
Teller rosetter ring was first developed by A.J.Teller in 1954, so the wreath is often called Teller Rosette filler. Its shape is similar to winding a circular helix end to end into a circle. Due to the high liquid holding capacity in the gap of the packing, the residence time of the liquid in the column is longer, which increases the contact time of the gas-liquid two phases and improves the mass transfer efficiency of the packing. Garland filler has the characteristics of large voidage, low pressure drop and mass transfer unit height, high flooding point, full vapor-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency, and is mainly used in gas washing and purification tower.
Ceramic random packings have great advantage of acid and heat resistance. can resist almost all kings of inorganic acid organic acid, and organic solvents except HF acid and can be used in high and low temperature conditions.
