1. Therefore, the performance of ceramic step ring filler is further improved than that of ceramic Pall ring.
3. The main technical indicators of ceramic step ring filler are: acid resistance ≥99.8%, alkali resistance ≥86%, temperature resistance ≥1350℃, Mohs hardness ≥6.5. Chemical composition trialumina 18~28%, silica 68~72%, ferric oxide ≤1.0%, rapid cooling and heat resistance of 130℃~ room temperature, air cooling and heat exchange three times without cracking.
Ceramic random packings have great advantage of acid and heat resistance. can resist almost all kings of inorganic acid organic acid, and organic solvents except HF acid and can be used in high and low temperature conditions.
