MH porous ceramic ball
MH porous ceramic ball, also known as filter porcelain ball, is in the inert porcelain ball on the interior of the increase of 20 to 30% with adsorption structure of micro pores. Therefore, in addition to having the same supporting catalyst and dispersing vapor-liquid as inert porcelain balls, it can also absorb and filter impurities in the oil. The impurities in the oil are granular, colloidal, asphaltene and heavy metals, etc., these impurities can be filtered out after the raw material filter, but there is still a considerable part (such as particulate impurities less than 25μm and iron ions) or can not be filtered out. If MH porous porcelain spheres are filled at the top of the reactor, the unfiltered impurities in the raw material can be absorbed into its pores, thus protecting the catalyst and prolonging the operation cycle of the plant. According to the impurity type, content and particle size of raw materials in hydrogenation, hydrogen production and reforming unit, users can choose porous porcelain balls with different aperture and number of holes. Active components such as molybdenum, nickel and cobalt can also be attached according to the need to prevent the catalyst from carbon deposition, coking and poisoning.
